Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
